Scope and duration agreed in writing before work begins.
Rates are reviewed as audience grows. A published rate is held for twelve months from the start of a booking. Any change applies to new bookings and to renewals after that period, never retroactively, and is announced at least thirty days before it takes effect. Bookings that renew after twelve months carry a ten percent discount against the rate card in force at renewal. Rate card 2026.1.
